How to use "Algorithm pi" - Manager

1. Main page

On the mainpage, control panel, project manager can edit, monitor all working progress.
If there are any doubts or problems, click support tab to solve with other project managers.
To add subroom, click detail on the main project and choose "add subroom" button.


Green: remote workers take the job and currently working.
Blue: listed on the job market. Related workers can take work after reading the description on discuss page.
Red: paused. workers can not see this project.
*Yellow: Interview section

Job type: Assign type of expertise. Click detail -> Choose button to choose job title.
for Bonus: Set deadline for bonus date. When employees finish the project within this period, get 10% of their salary.
for Completion: Set deadline of the project. After the date, the compensation of current worker would reduced by 5% every hour,

All employees activity is recorded on management page.
To make better work environment, discuss about the project before assign the project.
Keep check the algorithmpi may improve the work efficiency.

2. Employee's work activity

All clients and project managers can watch all employee's recorded monitor screens.
By clicking the manage button, there are 2 status on the management page.


Green: Subproject was assigned by a remote worker.
Blue: Subproject is listed on the job market.

Shared screen: To watch current work activity.
Only available when remote workers are online or they are not in a rst status
Recorded screen: To watch past work activity.
Also check when employees work and rest on specific timeline.

3. Discuss

Here, on the discuss (chat) page, is the section to interact with project managers.
At the top left, using quick change to move to another chat room.

3. Interview

After taking the interview of employees, 3 buttons are shown on the top right of the panel.
Reject: Success rate of the employee is reduced by 1.
Pass: No change.
Accept: Success rate of employee is increased by 1.
When success rate of employee is reached to 3, remote worker is hired.
For better work environment, ask the problems related to work which workers will actually work
