Business model

Here is the page to explain how salary flows.
Set salary as 100%, below is the portion


Employee: 75% ~ 85%
Manager: 10%
Server maintenance: 10%

If the employee can not finish their job until the completion date, compensation of employee and manager is decreased by 5% per overwork hour, or 5% per business day.
Clients can get their spent salary under the condition which, incomplete by deadline or low quality result by the progress.
