For employees

Here is for remote workers.
All project managers who are related to your expertise will ask you and check you will be appropriate to the current job titles.
They will make an interview based on your resume and the resume must include the following items.

1. expertise (In detail)
2. work experience (Include self build projects if it can be proved)
3. any portfolio (optional)

Once accepted, All employees can access the job posted page and choose their expertise.
After taking a job, download the algorithm pi application from the download page.
This application records when and how long workers work and rest.
Due to our terms, clients and project manager could see how workers worked

For managers

Here is for project managers.
Choose the best job titles based on client's request and help candidates perform their best.
To find the right skill mix to fill a role for a month or longer, the project should be divided into multiple ways with precise job titles. Not arbitrary.
After selecting the right titles, all project managers must choose the right name, deadline and description. Description section should be typed on the first line of the chat page.
Although Algorithm pi monitors all worker's screens remotely, and records, managers should check their activity and check any non-work related activity.
If the project is longer than 10 hours, All managers have to get regular updates from all employees.
In case, all projects that are currently going on can be handed over to another project manager by putting status to pause.
